Hydrating Base Coat Ingredients: Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/neopentyl Glycol/trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol; Alcohol Denat., Caprylic/capric Triglyceride, Etocrylene, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Leuconostoc/radish Root Ferment Filtrate, N-butyl Alcohol, Rubus Idaeus Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Yellow 5 Lake (CI 19140), Blue 1 (CI 42090).
Apply 1 coat for base coat application, or apply 2 coats on bare nails for a clear manicure.
