Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 2 business days from when the order is processed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

International Shipping

International orders will ship via USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. Rates will appear during checkout for qualified addresses.

USPS First Class International Mail delivery may take up to 21 days.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1(800)448-6098.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Pro-belle.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Probelle offers international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider PayPal. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with Paypal. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Probelle.

Probelle U.S. currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Germany, Japan, Norway, and South Korea.

Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.

Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for Beauty Insider free shipping benefits, offers requiring a promotion code, or free returns.

International Payment Methods

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments can also be made through PayPal.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed by our partner, Paypal, within 72 hours of placing your order.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.

International Shipping Information

Shipping is calculated by the address and the products being purchased.

Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

BILLING, CANCELING, & MODIFYING ORDERS

Billing Questions

For your own security and protection, Pro-belle.com will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase plus applicable sales tax and shipping to verify your billing address and credit card information. The pre-authorization will drop off from your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Pro-belle.com will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase only when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Order Status & Modifying Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status.

Once your order has been "Sent to Warehouse," it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made. You can return your items free of charge for a credit to your account.
